   Overview

  The S-type aerosol fire suppression system (small size) is a new, environmentally friendly firefighting product that boasts world-class advanced technology, offering the lightest and most cost-effective fire suppression solution available. The fire suppression unit features a robust, durable, sealed stainless steel housing that operates without internal pressurization, enabling it to withstand harsh external conditions such as extreme temperatures and corrosive environments. When a fire breaks out, the system automatically releases nanoparticles and inert gases that swiftly extinguish the blaze, using a significantly lower dosage of extinguishing agent compared to conventional fire suppression systems. This system can be configured with either an electric activation method, allowing seamless integration into various automatic fire detection, alarm, and interlinked control systems, or a thermal activation method, enabling standalone operation without the need for an external power source. The product requires no piping network and is extremely simple to install. Its sturdy and durable design virtually eliminates maintenance needs, thereby reducing operational costs. After the extinguishing agent is discharged, no harmful residues are left behind, making cleanup effortless and minimizing downtime caused by fires.

   Working principle

  Thermal wire activation method: When the ambient temperature reaches the thermal wire’s activation temperature or when it comes into contact with an open flame, the thermal wire will self-ignite and transmit the ignition signal to the thermal aerosol fire suppression device. Upon receiving the activation signal, the internal fire-extinguishing agent is triggered, rapidly generating and releasing fire-suppression gas to achieve swift extinguishment.

  Electrical activation method: The fire alarm control panel or gas fire suppression control panel detects the fire signal. Upon detecting a fire, it outputs a start-up signal to the thermal aerosol fire suppression device. After receiving the start-up signal, the thermal aerosol fire suppression device activates its internal extinguishing agent, rapidly generating and releasing fire-extinguishing gas to achieve swift fire suppression.

  Impact-type activation: When the ambient temperature reaches the melting point of the fusible metal or the rupture temperature of the fire-safety glass bulb, the fusible metal melts or the fire-safety glass bulb bursts, releasing a firing pin that strikes the generator. The generator then produces electrical energy to activate the fire-extinguishing device, which rapidly generates and discharges an extinguishing gas, enabling swift fire suppression.
