Overview
The device employs two activation methods that are more consistent with scientific fire suppression principles, enabling early detection and rapid extinguishing of fires and effectively reducing the damage caused by fires.
Working principle:
1. Temperature-activated startup: When a fire occurs and the ambient temperature rises to the preset value of the fire suppression system, the temperature-sensitive self-activation device on the fire suppression system is triggered, releasing ultra-fine dry powder extinguishing agent to put out the fire.
2. Electrically controlled, linked activation: The activation controller of the suspended fire suppression device can be connected to all fire alarm controllers. When a fire detector senses a fire signal and the controller confirms the fire, the fire suppression device automatically releases the extinguishing agent to put out the fire.
3. Manual Start: The on-duty personnel can activate the fire suppression system by pressing the manual button outside the protected area’s door.
This fire-extinguishing device consists of a fire-extinguishing agent tank, ultra-fine dry powder extinguishing agent, omnidirectional nozzles, a thermally or electrically initiated activation device, and mounting brackets, among other components.
