Fire Detection Tube Fire Extinguishing System (Indirect Type)
The fire-detection tube extinguishing system, also known as the fire-detection pipe extinguishing system, fire-probing tube extinguishing system, or tubular automatic fire-detection and extinguishing system, consists of a fire-extinguishing agent cylinder assembly, a fire-detection tube, and a signal feedback device. The temperature-sensitive self-activating extinguishing systems manufactured by our company use heptafluoropropane or carbon dioxide as the extinguishing agents. These systems require neither power supply nor specialized fire detectors, complex equipment, nor extensive piping. They integrate both alarm and extinguishing functions into one compact unit, making them cost-effective, structurally simple, and highly reliable fire-extinguishing devices.

Overview
The fire-detection tube extinguishing system, also known as the fire-detection pipe extinguishing system, fire-probing tube extinguishing system, or tubular automatic fire-detection and extinguishing system, consists of a fire-extinguishing agent cylinder assembly, a fire-detection tube, and a signal feedback device. The temperature-sensitive self-activating extinguishing system manufactured by our company uses heptafluoropropane or carbon dioxide as the extinguishing agent. It requires neither power supply nor specialized fire detectors, complex equipment, nor intricate piping systems. Integrating both alarm and extinguishing functions into one unit, this system is cost-effective, structurally simple, and highly reliable. The system employs a flexible, bendable fire-detection tube as its fire-alarm component; simultaneously, this tube serves as both the delivery and release conduit for the extinguishing agent. It can be conveniently installed near every potential ignition source, ensuring exceptionally high extinguishing efficiency.
Fire extinguishing principle
The fire-detection tube is connected to the extinguishing-agent container via a container valve and is fixed above the area where a fire is most likely to occur, enabling it to detect the presence of a fire. When exposed to fire, the fire-detection tube softens and bursts at the point of highest temperature. The resulting drop in pressure within the tube triggers the opening of the container valve, allowing the extinguishing agent to be released through the burst hole in the fire-detection tube and effectively extinguish the fire.
Fire suppression system features
● Combines alarm and fire suppression into one, with rapid detection response time and point-to-point fire extinguishing, quickly putting out fires at their earliest stages and effectively reducing economic losses caused by fires.
The device requires no power supply and is unaffected by vibration or impact, ensuring its operational performance remains stable. Its fire-detection function is not compromised or triggered by oil, dust, or smoke, and it is immune to interference from electromagnetic fields, high humidity, heat, and dust. This makes it safer and more reliable in protecting various electrical devices.
● The fire detection tube is flexible and unaffected by location, allowing it to be inserted into various narrow, complex, and flammable spaces or equipment. This feature addresses the shortcomings of existing fire-fighting products, which are unable to extinguish such types of fires.
● Closest to the fire source, high firefighting efficiency, and low cost;
● The amount of extinguishing agent used is less than in traditional methods, making it more environmentally friendly and safer for personnel.
● Best suited for equipment and locations that require key protection and can operate unattended;
● Simple design, easy installation, doesn't occupy users' limited space, and eliminates the need to set up a separate cylinder room.
