Fire detection tube-type fire extinguishing system (direct type)

The fire-detection tube-based fire suppression system consists of a fire-extinguishing agent cylinder assembly, fire-detection tubes, and a signal feedback device. The fire-detection tube-based fire suppression systems manufactured by our company use heptafluoropropane or carbon dioxide as the extinguishing agents. As a simple, low-cost, and highly reliable standalone automatic fire suppression system, it requires no external power source, no specialized smoke or heat detectors, and no complicated equipment or piping. Relying on its own stored pressure, this system uses a pre-charged fire-detection tube and a dedicated fire-extinguishing agent cylinder assembly to quickly, accurately, and effectively detect and extinguish fire sources. It integrates both alarm and fire suppression functions into one, enabling fires to be extinguished at their earliest stages.

   Overview

Integrating both alarm and fire suppression functions, it can put out fires at their earliest stages. This approach significantly reduces both the overall project costs and the cost per fire suppression event, while also ensuring no harm to personnel. By adopting the fire-detection tube system, protection previously limited to larger enclosed spaces can now be directly extended to valuable equipment housed in various smaller enclosed spaces. The system employs flexible, bendable fire-detection tubes as its fire-alarm components; these tubes also serve simultaneously as conduits for delivering and releasing the extinguishing agent. They can be conveniently positioned close to each potential ignition point, resulting in extremely high fire-suppression efficiency.

   Fire extinguishing principle

  The fire detection tube gas extinguishing system is a new type of non-electric, self-actuating fire suppression system, also known as a temperature-sensitive, self-actuating fire suppression device. It consists of a fixed fire-extinguishing agent supply source connected via fixed fire detection tubes that directly perform fire detection, agent delivery, and agent discharge, thereby spraying a specific concentration of extinguishing agent into the protected area to ensure uniform distribution throughout the entire zone and effectively extinguish the fire.

   Fire suppression system features

  ● Combines alarm and fire suppression into one, with rapid detection response time and point-to-point fire extinguishing, quickly putting out fires at their earliest stages and effectively reducing economic losses caused by fires.

  ● The device requires no power supply and is unaffected by vibration or impact, ensuring its operational performance remains stable. Its fire-detection function is not compromised or triggered erroneously by oil, dust, or smoke, and it is immune to interference from electromagnetic fields, high humidity, heat, dust, and other environmental factors, making it safer and more reliable for protecting various electrical equipment.

  ● The fire detection tube is flexible and unaffected by location, allowing it to be inserted into various narrow, complex, and flammable spaces or equipment. This feature addresses the shortcomings of existing fire-fighting products, which are unable to extinguish such types of fires.

  ● Closest to the fire source, high firefighting efficiency, and low cost;

  ● The amount of extinguishing agent used is less than in traditional methods, making it more environmentally friendly and safer for personnel.

  ● Best suited for equipment and locations that require key protection and can operate unattended;

  ● Simple design, easy installation, doesn't occupy users' limited space, and eliminates the need to set up a separate cylinder room.
